  • Check-in Time: 12:00 Noon
  • Check-out Time: 11:00 AM
• Cancellation Policy:
  • 15 days or more prior to check-in: No cancellation charges will be applied.
  • Between 7 and 15 days prior to check-in: A 50% cancellation charge will be levied.
  • Less than 7 days prior to check-in: A 100% cancellation charge will be levied.
  • No-Show: We reserve the right to levy one night’s room retention charges in case of a no-show.
• Child Policy:
  • Up to 5 years: One child may stay complimentary on the existing plan, without an extra bed.
  • 5 to 10 years: Charged at 50% of the extra bed rate, without an extra bed.
  • Above 10 years: Charged at the full rate for an extra bed.
• Guest Identification Policy:
  • As per government regulations, it is mandatory for all guests to present valid photo identification upon check-in.
  • International Guests: A valid passport and visa are required.
  • Domestic Guests: A valid government-issued photo ID with an address is required (e.g., Aadhaar Card, Driver’s License, Voter ID).
  • Please Note: The PAN card is not acceptable as a valid form of ID.
